Your content
The text, images, logo, brand and other material you give us remain yours. You give us permission to use them to build, host, deliver and support your website and to keep the records described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to give us that material.
Your finished website
Once your order is paid and your website is delivered, the finished website and the files we created for you are yours to use, subject to the third-party material described below.
Third-party material
Some parts of a website belong to other people and stay under their own licences, for example fonts, stock photographs, icons and open-source software. We use material we are allowed to use, and you may use it only as its licence allows. If you give us third-party material, you are responsible for having the right to use it.
Our templates and tools
The template designs, demo content, code libraries and tools we use to build websites are not transferred to you except as part of your finished website, and you may not resell the templates as templates.
Infringement concerns
If you believe something on a website we host infringes your rights, write to hello@100dollaragency.xyz with the web address, what is infringed and your contact details. We will review it and may take the material down. See also the Acceptable Use Policy.
